ECIS works in partnership with Trade Associations and affinity groups to design and implement specialist employee benefit programmes. ECIS has been administering employee benefit products for nearly 40 years.

ECIS is owned by the ECA, the UK’s leading trade association that represents and supports the interests of businesses and organisations involved in all aspects of electrical engineering.

ECIS administers employee benefit products for other leading trade associations, being SELECT, the Scottish Electrical Contractors Association and the Joint Industry Board (JIB) . The JIB is an impartial organisation that sets the standards for employment, welfare, grading and apprentice training in the electrical contracting industry.

Over 16,000 individuals and their families in the construction sector currently have employee benefits arranged through ECIS. The benefit packages include, private medical, sickness, accident and death in service cover arranged through ECIS.

Our range of products can be tailored for different Trade Association markets to ensure you add value to member businesses. ECIS is an authorised insurance broker, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and works with the Trade Association to ensure that the employee benefits are provided in a manner that is compliant with UK regulation.
