Cash Plan

A Cash Plan can be used to support your health and wellbeing strategy.  It can be offered as a standalone benefit or to complement other healthcare benefits such as PMI.


Administered by ECIS and arranged and provided by Bupa, a Cash Plan is a simple way for your staff to receive cash back against some of the costs of every day health.


A Cash Plan enables your employees to claim back the cost of some of their everyday health expenses for a regular, monthly premium. Cover provides a number of routine health benefits, such as money back towards dental treatments and check-ups alongside optical tests and prescription eyewear.

With a choice of 3 different cover levels, starting at £1 per person, per week, you can choose the level of cover that is right for your company, at a price that suits your budget. Cover can be extended to include partners and children.
